2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you order a package, apply for website EMI, fill in a form or contact us, we collect what you provide, which may include:
• your name and business name
• mobile number and email address
• address
• Facebook page link
• trade licence number (optional)
• the package and instalment period you choose, and any notes you add
• messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp
Unfinished checkouts. If you start the checkout and enter a valid mobile number or email address, the details you have typed are saved as a pending order — even if you do not place the order. We use this only to help you complete your order or answer your questions. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as bKash and EPS). We do not receive or store your card number, wallet PIN or OTP. We receive confirmation details such as the transaction ID, amount and payment status.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we, and the services we use, may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and how you arrived at our site, using cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).
3. How we use your information
• to process your order, prepare your agreement and deliver the services you buy
• to manage your instalment plan, including payment reminders before each due date
• to contact you about an unfinished checkout or an EMI application you started
• to answer your questions and provide support
• to keep accounting and tax records and meet other legal obligations
• to prevent fraud and keep our website and payments secure
• to understand how our website is used and to measure and improve our advertising
4. Legal basis (for visitors in the UK and EU)
Where UK or EU data-protection law applies, we rely on: contract (to process orders and provide services), legitimate interests (to follow up enquiries and unfinished checkouts, keep our services secure and improve them), legal obligation (record keeping) and consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing, which you can withdraw at any time).
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed with:
• payment providers such as bKash and EPS, to process your payments
• our website hosting and technology providers, who store data on our behalf
• analytics and advertising services such as Google and Meta, to measure how our site and ads perform
• communication tools such as WhatsApp and email, when you contact us through them
• professional advisers (for example accountants or lawyers), and authorities when the law requires it
Some of these providers process information outside Bangladesh and the UK. Where that happens we rely on their contractual and legal safeguards.
6. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the website and checkout to work (for example to remember your cart). With your permission where required, we may also use analytics and advertising cookies — such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel — to understand visits and measure our campaigns. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the checkout may not work without the necessary ones.
7. How long we keep it
We keep order, invoice and payment records for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes. Unfinished checkouts and enquiries are kept only as long as needed to follow up, and we delete them earlier if you ask. Other information is kept only as long as it is needed for the purposes above.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw any consent you have given. To make a request, email hello@turn360.io. We may need to confirm your identity first.
If you are in the UK and are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). We would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to order data. No online service can be completely secure, so please contact us straight away if you think your information has been misused.
10. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
