Yes. Every package is built on Laravel with an admin panel, and we train you to manage your content before handover.
Yes. All packages include a mobile-responsive layout, an SEO-friendly structure, editable meta tags, an XML sitemap and analytics tracking.
Where your package includes them, the domain and hosting are registered in your name from day one. Full ownership of the website — with admin access and the necessary files — passes to you once all instalments are paid.
Yes — the first 100 customers get a .com domain and hosting free for the first year. After that, renewal is at our standard rates, and we remind you before it is due.
Yes. Each package page lists optional add-ons such as multilingual support, payment gateways, CRM integration or ongoing maintenance. These are quoted and agreed separately.
It depends on the package and how quickly content and approvals come through. Your agreement sets out the timeline, and we keep you updated at every stage.
You pay for your website in monthly instalments instead of all at once — with no interest, no down payment and no processing fee. The full rules are in our EMI policy.
Any period from 1 to 6 months — you choose. The total price stays the same; choosing 1 month means paying in full.
Online at checkout, currently by bKash. Your payment provider may add its own service charge, which is shown before you pay — it is not a Turn360 fee.
Each month on the dates in your agreement, by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. Send us the transaction ID on WhatsApp or by email. We send a reminder 1–2 days before each due date.
You have a 7-day grace period after each due date, with no late fee. If an instalment is more than 30 days overdue, work or services may be paused until the account is up to date — so talk to us early if you expect a delay.
Yes, at any time and with no extra charge. Full ownership is transferred as soon as everything is paid.
Yes. Every EMI order has its own agreement with your details, package and the date of each instalment. You read and accept it online after ordering, and can print or save it as a PDF — see a sample agreement.
Contact us as soon as possible. Instalments already paid are generally not refundable once work has started; if you cancel before work begins, we will review a refund. Details are in our terms and EMI policy.
Pick a package, choose how many months you want to pay over, enter your details at checkout and pay the first instalment. Your agreement is ready straight away; once you accept it, our team starts work.
Your name, business name, mobile number, email address, address and your Facebook page link. A trade licence is optional — you can order without one.
Every package includes admin training and handover. Ongoing maintenance and support is available as an optional add-on.
