1. About these terms
These terms apply between you and Turn360 Ltd. (“Turn360”, “we”, “us”), House 23, Road 15, Nikunja 2, Dhaka 1229, Bangladesh. By using our website or placing an order you agree to them. For project work, the written proposal or agreement we send you also applies; if it conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes priority.
2. Our services
We provide website and software development, design, digital marketing, automation and related services. What is included in each website package is described on its package page. Anything not listed — including the optional add-ons shown there — is quoted and agreed separately.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order and pay the first instalment, we contact you and send an agreement setting out the package, instalments, timeline and terms. Work starts once you have accepted the agreement. We may decline an order, for example if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect; any payment taken for a declined order is refunded.
4. Prices and instalments (Website EMI)
• Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The total price of a package is the same whichever instalment period you choose — there is no interest and no down payment.
• You can pay in 1 to 6 monthly instalments. Choosing 1 month means paying the full price at once.
• The first instalment is paid online when you order. The remaining instalments are due monthly, on the dates shown in your order confirmation, by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. Please send us the transaction ID for each payment.
• Instalments are whole-taka amounts; if the total does not divide evenly, the first instalment is a few taka higher. The sum of all instalments always equals the package price.
• Your payment provider may add its own processing charge (for example a bKash charge), which is shown before you pay.
5. Late or missed instalments
We send a reminder before each due date. If an instalment is overdue, we may pause work or suspend services until the account is brought up to date, as set out in your agreement. Please talk to us early if you expect a delay — we will try to agree a solution.
6. Domain, hosting and ownership
Where your package includes them, your domain and hosting are registered in your name from the start. Full ownership of the website we build for you passes to you once all instalments have been paid. Our own pre-existing tools, code libraries and products (such as Banik360, Marketly and CloudOps) remain ours; where they form part of your website you receive the right to use them for that website.
7. Free domain & hosting offer
For a limited period, the first 100 customers who order a website package receive a .com domain and hosting free for the first year. The offer applies once per customer and ends when 100 customers have claimed it or when we withdraw it. After the first year, renewal is charged at our standard rates, and we will remind you before renewal is due.
8. Your responsibilities
• provide accurate information and the content, logos, images and access we need, on time
• make sure you have the right to use any material you give us
• review and approve work within a reasonable time — delays in feedback may extend the timeline
• keep your login details and passwords secure
9. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Changes to the agreed scope may affect the price and timeline and will be confirmed in writing. If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Because we start planning and building after your order, instalments already paid cover work done and are generally not refundable once work has begun; if you cancel before work starts, we will review a refund. The details for your project are set out in your agreement. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under applicable law.
10. Our portfolio
We may show completed work for your project in our portfolio and marketing. If you would prefer us not to, tell us and we will respect that.
11. Using our website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or copy its content, design or code without our permission. The website content, our brand and logos belong to Turn360.
12. Third-party services
Our services may rely on third parties such as payment providers, domain registrars, hosting companies and app platforms. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes, although we will help you deal with them.
13. Liability
We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, business or data, and our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you have paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction, unless your agreement says otherwise or the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be excluded.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
